Medline Terrebonne's (formerly Dufort and Lavigne) office and Distribution Center have consolidated to the Medline Canada, Corporation ERP platform.

All activities will be transferred to Medline Canada's SAP system effective February 17, 2025.

• as well as all activities, including open orders

have been transferred to Medline Canada's SAP system.

For customers who do not have a customer account with Medline Canada, it is no longer possible to place orders online, by email or by telephone since February 1.

You must have a customer account in the SAP system if you want to place an order.

• If you are a clinic or a company or if you have placed more than 2 orders during the past year, we will automatically create a customer account for you. We’ll give you your account number when you place your next order, by email or by phone.
• If this is not your situation, and you plan to order more than once from Medline, you can request an account by clicking here
